Membership Information
Memberships of 2 years or greater are offered at a discount from the single year price.
Categories:
Most members will only need 1 category (United States, American Samoa, etc.).
Featured Sidebox Display:
This is a rotating display applied to all member's listings. This gives you added exposure right on the front page of the directory.
Map:
Memberships include a map display of your general area (usually your city) for the lender/viewer who is looking at your listing. The maps can be zoomed in/out showing surrounding areas. This helps them to understand your coverage area better.
Website:
If you have your own website, you can include its address in your listing.
Products:
Memberships more than 1 year allow you to create "Product" ads that appear in the right side of the directory page and include an image such as a photo or logo to go with your product ad. You can login and create your product ad online, then upload your image(s) from your computer to ours for display. It's another way to advertise your services and it's free!
Documents:
You can also upload documents like your fee schedule, coverage area details, and much more Lenders looking at your listing will see a menu showing Documents. They can click there and can view whatever documents you have uploaded. You can upload documents in PDF or text format. (Note: We DO NOT recommend uploading your license , W9 tax forms or any other personal items of a sensitive nature.)
Security Features:
Tired of spam junk emails? You won't get them here! Your listing will have a way for lenders to email you using a form we generate. For security we require the emailer to input a security code (shown in a small box) before the message will be sent. A security code requires a real human to input it. Our source code is shielded too. This prevents automated "bots" from harvesting your email address and supplying it to junk mailers. Bots crawling over websites and email headers looking for email addresses are the cause of most of your unsolicited junk mail.
